Tried the chicken fried steak and eggs with extra crispy hashbrowns and sourdough toast... everything was just right, especially the Extra crispy hashbrowns. I'm very picky about that, but they did a great job!
Waitress was cheerful and on task with a full house going on. Did a good job ?
I enjoy the at home feel here and the friendliness.
Will probably give that 5th star once I try more of that menu than you guys did making my day.

Overall Flo's wasn't bad. I wasn't a huge fan of there being no substitutions. All I wanted was instead of Ham to do Sausage but they said absolutely not. Like what the heck That isn't THAT bad of an ask. The service was eh. They never checked back on us after they took our order. Cinnamon French Toast was really good, pancakes weren't bad, biscuits and gravy definitely needed more flavor.

Been coming to flo”s off and on for about 8yrs
And have never been let down. The breakfasts are huge and really good i like the Paul’s platter and the country fried steak The Biscuits and gravy with S.O.S. Is my favorite Also I like that they leave the pitcher a coffee you don’t have to keep waiting for refills

Came to Oak Glenn for a wedding and met up for lunch with a few friends just before.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - we got a country fried steak (hearty meal) and cinnamon roll French toast. The french onion soup that came was amazing in flavor with the sweetness from the onions, richness in the stock, and just a hint of saltiness from the melty cheese. The country fried steak sat on a layer of gravy and was a thin layer of meat with quite a hard crust. Our friends really enjoyed theirs but we weren't the biggest fans. The cinnamon roll french toast was interesting since it was shaped like a rectangular bread but pulls apart like a cinnamon roll. It's very heavy with sugar so didn't need the syrup nor butter. Quite sweet but I really enjoyed it!

Ambience: 5/5 - homey decorations on the inside and simple on the outside.

Service: 5/5 - amazing service as the server was super nice and friendly, and took care of us the entire meal.

Value for price: 5/5 - HUGE servings so recommend splitting a meal or go for the mini menu options

I don't think I've EVER done a review, however, my family is new to the area and we wanted to give this hidden gem a try! Everything was amazing! Warm and welcoming for the most part. I have children(1 who has a disability). Due to this, my son rarely likes going to new places because, he fears the judgment and comments and I cannot blame him, I struggle as well watching him being talked about and stared at! It's hard to be the mom who keeps herself composed and remains peaceful and polite and not give others the satisfaction of reacting but, this other customer who was also dining in was just so rude! He kept staring and making faces at my son, this man was sucking his teeth and kept telling my son to "shhhhh!!" He made comments under his breath and I was either going to explode or cry, maybe both?‍♀️but, we had a server named Maria and she was absolutely AMAZING! She asked the usual, how we were doing, what we'd like, etc. Then, she she got a little background on us, also told us a little about herself, and it just made us more at ease. After she walked away, this man continued to be oh so rude! When Maria came back to ask how we were doing, I finally mentioned what had been happening and she addressed it IMMEDIATELY! She came to our table to reassure us that it was taken care of and offered us a thousand apologies (none of which she owed). So if you see this review, I just want to say thank you again! My family and I genuinely appreciated the welcome and service we received! We will definitely be returning! Oh, and they also offered my children lollipops when they finished their food, FYI?so, whether you live locally or just happen to be looking for a spot that will make you feel like you're just at home, waiting for a home cooked meal to be served, give this place a try!

I am visiting my uncle Brad in Yucaipa from sandiego ca my uncle wanted to go to lunch and he also wanted to show me some cool stuff driving distance from his house so we went saw the apple cider places that are popular then he brought me to Flo's boy I was impressed service top notch they even give you your own carafe of your coffee I ordered the BBQ bacon burger no cheese and fries awsome cooked like I like my uncle ordered the omlett plate it was very good he said there are only a couple places in sandiego that are like this that I go to Rudfords is the one I would rate like this place

Been going for almost 30 years between the original and this one. Always on point 100%! Food always great! Service great! I will miss this place we are relocating to Alabama. But I will return! Thanks for all the great places to EAT!! STAFF IS AWESOME!!
