I recently removed them from our plant. Issues constantly with machines. You hardly ever received the correct drink from the outdated machines. Poor selection of food. Food past expiration date or moldy. Route drivers don't respond to any requests to have things repaired. When we finally had enough of the poor service and asked for the machines to be removed, then I got a call about improving our experience and offering to replace machines. The employees that removed the machines were rude and left our breakroom in a mess. Would not recommend Five Star to anyone. They don't care about their customers, (our employees) just the customers' business. You are just a line on a spreadsheet to them.

Whoever owns this company legitimately needs to just shut down operation it is legitimately ridiculous out-of-date products and machines work when they want to

Machines never work properly. Card readers are junk. Nobody wants to fix the machines when they stop working. If I could give less stars I would.

Reopened for months after Covid shutdown and they have not reached out once to restart deliveries, guess business is very good for them. However we still receive statement with a credit balance.

I would give them a 0 if it were and option.. We have stuff that still in our snack machine that went out if date in November and sodas that went out if date in October. It's ridiculous since they just worked our machines last week .

This vender doesn't care about their customers. Our vending machine has been down for 2 days and they have not came out to fix the issue. Multiple calls have been made...very poor service

I would score a Zero if it was an option . Expired food in machines . Over priced food , Water despensers nasty . New sealed water jugs with stuff floating in them .
