Hello beautiful souls... I'd love to share the experience I had at Firehouse Ministries...
My name is Amber Anderson, I'm from northern California. Traveling for my birthday, I got stranded in Needles, CA. Believe it,lol I was informed the sheriff could possibly help... So I went, officer Beven said let me guess you got stranded in Needles hahaha...I said ya and I was told you could probably help me with a gas voucher. He says oh no we don't have those lol...anyways he informed me that I should go to Firehouse Ministries where Jim Jones is "like the Kool aid guy LoL."
Upon arrival I was greeted by 2 awesome teenagers Chevelle and Cohen...Jim welcomed me with warmth and no judgement... Chevelle made sure I had all the toiletries I needed and I got to shower, they did my laundry, and fed me.
I felt safe and in good hands.
As I was doing all that, little did I know Pastor Jim was arranging for me to go to Riverfund where they filled my gas tank so I could get home safely. I mean can I say anymore, oh yes!
The best mother I've ever met Holly and her awesome husband followed me to get gas just to make sure I arrived at Riverfund.
I couldn't ask for a better place to get stranded. I think it was all apart of a bigger plan and is exactly where I was supposed to be with exactly the right people I was supposed to meet...my heart grew 10xs that day... It gave me hope again that I'm not alone and that there are still amazing people that truly care. 🌹💯♥️🥰🔥

Jesus wouldn't turn away even 1 of the 5000 for not liking him or for any reason, so what gives Jones the right to threaten to call the cops on me, and tell me to leave when I'm there to get food to feed my mom who is on dialysis 3 times a week and my dad who can barely hold a toothbrush, all because I don't want to be taught by a so called pastor that doesn't want angels to visit him. If he doesn't want an angel to visit him then that means he doesn't want God to visit him because God is the Almighty Angel of angels.

I was there to pick up a food box they provide to the less fortunate to assist people with necessary items to make it through the month ahead. Well mannered and polite staff. Helpful getting your food to your vehicle and loading.

The pastor is kind to everyone. The food drives on Thursdays and the second Saturday of each month across from DELCO company are helping the community service with the nation as it is. Best wishes and prayers for the world.

If you have faith and would like to gather with a non-judgmental group of believers I recommend stopping by. This is a very modest group that uses the majority of there efforts to feed and clothe those in need. I am very weary of giving to non-profits, as there are so many who don't have the peoples best interest at heart.. I would rather hand my cash/food/clothes/etc. directly to the people who need it. With this organization it's different though, you can feel the honesty. I volunteer worked for their food bank; it was very uplifting to work with a group of people who were willing to work so hard to help their community members with no incentive other than helping to make the lives of those around them better. They also have a super groovy band:]

Volunteered for the first time yesterday to help distribute food. Awesome Organization. God is at work here. All the volunteers are amazing.
