U come first time here make sure you go to other pickups first because don’t waste time in here night lady rude. I’m check-in 12.00pm now 1:55 am and know lady say i have no driver to load .lady say morning i give door. but she no give exact time . avoid this warehouse . and she give door to mexican guys .

I’ve been to Field Fresh Watsonville 3 times and it took 8 hours to load 9-10 pallets the 1st two times and 13.5 hours the third time. Field Fresh Yuma AZ is no better. Stay away!!!! Tell your dispatch you would rather quit and abandon their truck rather than load here!!! I rated 1 star but with I could rate them a -10 stars.

Had 10 pallets to pick up.
On the phone told me load will be ready by 3 pm, checked in at 5 pm, got door at 10 pm , checked out at 11:30 pm

41 hours here at this point Arrived the night before it was to be ready. Checked in at 8 am waiting on 150 cases of romain, 30 hours after that point and I'm being loaded now, every excuse you have ever heard. There are no food trucks coming or going. Porta potties in the parking lot. People in office were nice. Totally ridiculous.

They think they are the dmv or part of air resources board. Be prepared to show your carb compliance numbers, truck registration and to proof to them you’re a US citizen of America.

Let me start by saying the young man in the shipping office was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! The young lady who gave me paperwork after I was loaded not so friendly but not rude either. I guess it's all about the attitude the driver comes in with. They do have overnite parking in a large lot. They do have port a potties. Yes you will probably be waiting awhile for ur load. Keep in mind folks this is produce and they have to actually pick most of it and bring it in and then package it to put on the trucks so it isn't like they are ignoring you they are at the mercy of the pickers in the field...and they have to flash cool the product so its the correct temp after sitting in a warm/ hot field. If waiting isn't ur thing then tell ur dispatch not to send u after produce.. The reviews about them being racist are FALSE.. Just becuz u have to wait doesn't make them racists. If someone else goes before you it's becuz their product is done not becuz they are Hispanic or white.. Really get over urself thinking they won't load u cuz of ur color.. Not everything is racially motivated... Pretty much what I'm saying is GROW UP!!...attitude is everything!
