Helpful and knowledgeable team. They quickly helped me find what I was looking for. Would prefer they provide more products available in glass containers instead of plastics. Only purchased products that were in glass.

Beyond disappointed, came in as a new mom for my prenatal, which was out of stock. An associate recommended a brand I mentioned probably wouldn’t work but she assured me I could come in if it didn’t work out (without a receipt) and exchange it for my usual one. Went in today and the assistant manager and another associate turned me away saying that was case and they couldn’t do anything for me without a receipt. It’s hard enough as it is getting out of the house and driving 30 min and now I’m also out $60. Lost a loyal customer. Employees need a recap on their return/exchange policy.

(2024) I would like to provide some insight into the treatment of employees at Feel Rite Fresh Market based on my own experience as a former employee. During my tenure, I observed that several highly dedicated and capable colleagues were terminated for what appeared to be irrational reasons. It was evident that any disagreement or concern expressed about upper-level management could result in termination.

One particular supervisor, who seemed overly eager to secure their own position, engaged in questionable behavior that undermined staff morale. Notably, in August 2024, this supervisor called the police on three different employees within a single week. These incidents were met with bemusement and sympathy from law enforcement, who found the complaints to be unfounded and a misuse of their resources. This supervisor went as far as taunting former employees through social media. This situation reflects poorly on the establishment and is quite frankly embarrassing.

For those seeking a different retail experience, I would recommend considering alternatives like Whole Foods, which offers a broader selection and a more supportive work environment.

Love this wholesome, small and well-stocked, healthy, grocery store. They always greet you and ask you if you’re finding everything you need. Very quiet and nice, old-fashioned store that we always enjoy making a quick stop at. Great for grabbing one of their healthy deli meals for lunch or on the run. My daughter enjoys the delicious chocolate selections at the checkout.

The store has a lot of varieties. The customer service was not as great as West Seneca location. May be because it was Friday 8p.m the young girl was ready to leave. Many businesses now have young employees that are not trained properly in customer service. The store was near by to where I was but I prefer much better West Seneca location. The employees there are super knowledgeable. You can trust their opinion on a product you are not sure about. The employees approach you immediately. Very warm welcoming compare with the Williamsville location. It could have been me going in the wrong time of the day.
