Wow. That’s about the best way to describe it. There hasn’t been an item I’ve ordered that I didn’t absolutely love. I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up locally. I love the minimalist idea of having less ingredients and no garbage and the macros being listed on the packaging. I have ordered a few times and will definitely be ordering more again soon!!

I am so Thankful that I tried Fed Kitchen in Springfield! It seriously is the best meal prep I have ever had! The meals are delicious! I haven’t had one that I didn’t like yet and they are so filling! I have lost 17 lbs. without being hungry. I also still get to eat chocolate with the “clean cheats “. They seriously have done a great job from the prepping, packaging, nutrition and taste!

Incredible food, friendly/helpful staff, perfect portions with all the nutrition information spelled out, it takes the guess work out of healthy eating!
