The service I experienced last night was the best I have seen in quite a long time. From the moment we were cheerfully greeted at the door, offered drinks while we waited for our spot at the bar…to the moment we left we felt like VIPs.
The manager Darin checked on us several times, conversed with us and made us feel like we had been visiting Fattoria for years. Our bartender (name was either Chance or Chase,) was very fluid with his service, friendly, and good at upselling. He’s a gem.

They make their own “cello”… last night it was a less sweet blood orange flavor! The pasta was so delicious and unique, my partner had the rabbit. Good value and portion sizes too.
It was so refreshing to find the restaurant. Thank you so much guys!

Lovely warm service made it a huge difference.
And the food is definitely beyond expectation. Rabbit tortellini is tasteful and braised just perfect. Lean protein which I like but not many places serve. A great plus!
Lobster risotto tastes as if it was just pulled from the ocean, with a pristine, briny essence that evokes a salty sea breeze.

During our stay in Beaver Creek, we dined at Fattoria in Avon, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

This charming farm-to-table Italian restaurant delivers on both quality and ambiance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern feel that makes for a perfect dining experience after a day in the mountains. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.

The food was the real highlight. We started with fresh burrata and house-made bread, which were delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed perfectly cooked handmade pasta and locally sourced meats, all prepared with great attention to detail. The flavors were rich and authentic, making it clear that Fattoria focuses on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The wine selection was impressive, featuring great options that complemented our meal perfectly. We finished with a decadent dessert that was the ideal ending to a memorable dining experience.

If you're in Avon or Beaver Creek and looking for exceptional Italian cuisine in a relaxed yet refined setting, Fattoria is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

Absolutely perfect experience from the moment we walked in! Warm, inviting atmosphere that feels elevated yet comfortable. Our dinner was incredible, from the appetizers to the mains (lasagna is to die for!) to the cocktails… but the absolute best part was our server, Kyle. He anticipated our every need, was kind and personable and offered fantastic recommendations for dinner and wine pairings. It was a fabulous experience, highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This place is an incredible restaurant! 🍴As a New Yorker 🗽 visiting Avon for the first time, this place is a must-visit pit spot 🚏 on your next trip to Colorado! 🏞️ Fattoria serves an incredible selection of delicious 🤤 Mountain 🏔️ inspired 🍽️ - everything is amazing! 🤩 Definitely get the Mushroom 🍄 Polenta, Rabbit 🐇 Ravioli, Ossobuco 🍖, Chicken 🐔 (fall off the bone! 🦴), and Steak! 🥩 The staff 👨‍🍳 is super friendly and professional (Steve the host was incredibly welcoming and Justin the server was so nice and professional)! Service is quick ⏲️, ambience 🎶 is wonderful, and the place is beautifully decorated! 🛋️ I wish I came here more often!

Definitely an incredible dining experience....
We started by walking in and having the owner greet us. He's a fun guy; chatty and rocks flip flops in the cold. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Now for the food:
All of it was good. Very good! But I anticipated that our favorite dish would be the "Two forks" (dry aged 45-day ribeye). To my surprise, the ribeye didn't even compare to the Polenta Ai Funghi. This polenta was so creamy and flavorful that I regret not eating more polenta in life! I've been lucky enough to go to Italy, and I don't even remember the polenta there being this amazing! The Tortellni Di Coniglio (rabbit tortellni) and Tiramisu were also very good and authentic.

Definitely come eat here!!! We came to dinner on Thanksgiving night because we’re away from our family and needed a nice dinner for distraction and boy did this place deliver!!! I knew just by looking at the menu and pictures that we would have an amazing meal but we were blown away by the service and the food!!! We came around 6 without a reservation so we sat at the bar and I’m so glad we did!! Our bartender, Kyle, was absolutely amazing! He was a great conversationalist and had great suggestions about the menu. He gave us great recommendations based on what he thought that we would like and we were so pleased!! We got the veal saltimbocca and the lobster ravioli (we also added a filet mignon on top per Kyle’s suggestion and I’ll never order it another way again)!! Both dishes were equally amazing and we just kept saying how delicious it was over and over again!! The veal and filet were cooked to perfection and the portions were so generous!! We also never had an empty glass and the drinks were amazing as well!! Overall, everything here was amazing, and if you’re thinking it’s a little pricey, yes it may look a little expensive, but they are in a ski town, and more importantly, the taste and portions of the food plus the amazing service make the prices more than worth it!! Top 5 dinners we’ve ever had and we will be back every time we’re even remotely close to Avon!! Thank you Kyle!!
