When our previous agent retired, my family was in need of a new insurance agency to handle our homeowner's and auto policies. Josh and company in Rockaway Beach were exactly what we were looking for. He gave me excellent advice on covering our autos and the homeowner's policy is a great fit at a fair price. There's a lot to be said for doing business with an agent you can meet in person that provides a friendly face to go with the coverage and protection you need. Horrible service they were playing games with us I do not ever recommend this place. They were not very helpful at all. We made a payment to reinstate my insurance and they just took all all money and then didn’t give us a refund . I do not recommend anyone to get this insurance awful service never again will I deal with farmers insurance. I was a loyal client to this place and they really didn’t help me and give us a refund, so yeah you’re better off getting a better car insurance place this place sucks ?
