I gave Gabriel a call on behalf of my spanish speaking mother to try and remedy a mistake that he has made a second year in a row. Gabriel was very rude and unprofessional as I called him on a Sunday. I was unaware of California Fair Plan hours. He told me to call customer service in a very rude matter. Please avoid. My mother has been calling him to try and renew a policy for the past few weeks but he does not return the call. The process has been convoluted due to the fact that my father (the original policy owner) passed recently. We have tried to call customer service for California Fair Plan to try to proactively address the situation but they refer us back to the originator of the policy (Gabriel). Absolutely no empathy or customer service skills. He has shown no urgency for an urgent matter that was his mistake. Gabriel, if you choose to work with vulnerable populations please understand that your mistakes and non responsiveness has greater impacts on these groups. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

Horrible! Horrible insurance agent! Never answers! Never calls back! No response of any kind! Takes months, literally months for this man to respond if lucky! Do not recommend him! Look elsewhere!

I got my auto renewal packet early, but I never received the billing invoice. When I contacted my agent, she said that the invoice was in the renewal packet, which it wasn't; neither was a return envelope. I could not find whom to write the check to nor the correct address. I'm very unhappy with this poor customer service.
