Check-in and staging with overnight parking is actually at
10483 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950. Go there first.

Alabama Truck Wash is next door! Closed on Sundays.

The actual loading facility was easy to find. Both Google Maps and my Rand-McNally GPS took me directly to the facility.

The maneuvering was not as bad as expected based on other reviews. Perhaps they made some changes.

I'm giving them 3 stars because it 4 hours and 47 minutes after my appointment time before they called me to come to the plant to stage into a dock for loading.

0700 appt. Arrived at 0345 check in/staging area... 0415 assigned door... Finished with Papers at 0440.... Nuff Said! AWESOME!

Appointment was scheduled for Monday 10/10/22 @ 6:00am but I arrived a day early on Sunday 10/09/22 around 4:00pm.

They went on and took my load that day I didn't have to wait until Monday. So of course I was super excited ? and it only took them exactly 45min to unload all that chicken ?

Usually a 5 star but they were running about 5 hours behind on live loads this trip. Mr. Jones reviews covers it all. Well done Sir. Great to have hounds to pet while waiting!

Been trucking for some years now I've never ran into a facility you had to check into 3 miles down the road I get checked in to pick up a preloaded trailer.... drop and hook... scheduled for noon I got there a little late I got held up by the previous receiver... anyways I'm checked in finally 9 hours later I get a call telling me your trailer is ready.. Awesome!!! I tell shipper my 10 hour break will be over in the next hour.i get a call 10 minutes later from some old lady yelling screaming cursing at me about them finally loading the trailer 11 hours late and I need to pick it up now!!! good job farm fresh foods for your professionalism!!!!

Checked in at 1000 for a 1500 appt. Loaded with bills in hand at 1335. Nice people, fast loading but this place is gross lol

I wouldn’t give this factory one star if it was an option. I arrived and checked in at 3pm to get the load and did not get a door u til 12:30pm next day.

Nice people at check in at Albertville yard and nice people over at the plant in Guntersville plant. Arrived early and got loaded early.
