Fairfield east hills Garbage, never trash pick up never use pool. Constantly cops , k9 units here dozens times for drugs here . 2 bedroom $2900 monthly to live in projects (plus) ALL utilities! section 8 all up in here . place is a total rip off never recommended this pl or anything affiliated to these heartless people!! Food Garbage all over the floor security is useless young kids breaking into people trucks climbing in and out of pickups etc. Welcome to the Jungle 2 years of hell !!!

-Overpriced
-Rude staff
-Terrible maintenance. You'll wait forever for things to be fixed. They'll blame you for any issue. Lord are they rude on the phone (if you can even reach them) I hate calling for maintenance. They're quick to leave rude notes on everyone's door though... when it's convenient for them.
-the complex is a dump... trash everywhere.
-"no parking fire zones" but people still park. The small roads turn into smaller then one lane roads because people park where they're not supposed to. It's dangerous and nearly impossible to pass if you have a larger vehicle. The workers see it, squeeze through and ignore it. You call, but no answer. Once again if you do get someone they're rude and ignore you.
-no large aggressive breeds, but they're everywhere. They said that's up to their judgement... not sure what that means.

Worse apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. There are large rats walking around day and night and and piles of trash by the dumpster and throughout the parking lot on a weekly basis or every weekend. Although the apartments are cosmetically nice they are very small. If you live in a downstairs unit or on lower level you hear every movement from the upstairs unit and the master bedroom wall is connected to the upper level stairs so you can hear every time someone is going in and out, up and down the stairs of their apartment. It’s definitely not worth $2700-$3000. It’s over priced and this is no where near a luxury apartment complex.

I have been looking for a new apartment complex and I came across Farfield Hills East online. The website shows immaculate and beautiful luxury apartments. I decided to drive past this past weekend and I was shocked! This may be the case for the interior, however the exterior is FAR from luxury. The amounts of garbage I saw piled up near dumpsters and in front of people’s apartments was not only disgraceful but also unsanitary. I had the chance to speak to one of the residence in the surrounding area and they told me that there were numerous rodents running around that complex And this is not a one time occurrence this is almost weekly they also said that there is only one dumpster for that entire side of homes I was astonished. To think these apartments cost upwards of $3,000 a month to live like this is absurd.

Recently toured the property. My husband and I were looking forward to renting but please go in person first. The common areas are unkempt. There was garbage everywhere. You could smell marijuana as you walked around. Do yourself a favor and run from here. I’d rather stay in my car.

Trash slum lords of Long Island. Unresponsive managing office will not return phone calls or reply to maintenance requests. Incompetent property manager. Wouldn’t last a day in a real job with a real company.

Fairfield represent everything wrong with apartments on Long Island. Unsafe and garbage everywhere. Cops are frequently onsite.

This place is a complete dump, there is garbage everywhere and I even see needles and syringes everywhere on the grass. I was visiting my friend and was thinking of living here, however after seeing all this garbage everywhere. I am changing my mind and taking my money elsewhere. One time I was dogsitting for my friend and I had to sleepover. I was awoken up by these people fighting in streets at 3am, they were yelling and screaming. This is such a bad experience and I would never live at a Fairfield.

The management team all around is disrespectful, unorganized and lack major customer service skills. I have asked for my door to be fixed for 4 months now and have heard nothing back from Krystal Lambert in over a month regarding the charges and what is required. On top of that I have been told that I’m order for my entry door to be fixed I was going to have to pay up front instead of it being billed to my account. When I have contacted Krystal she has not returned any of my calls or emails since September 6th. The customer service and urgency is disgusting and outrageous especially with the amount of money is cost to live in Fairfield. Speaking to maintenance I am constantly given the run around that they lack a connection between themselves and corporate and they do not know anything. Stacey who works in maintenance has even told me this is not her problem and has nothing to do with her. When speaking to billing regarding any issues you are constantly meet with nothing but rudeness and threats. Erica in billing has done nothing but threaten to evict me from my apartment as well as disregard any request I have made to speak to a supervisor. When I called this morning she advised her supervisor was away from her desk and when I asked to be called back she transferred me to a voicemail without letting me know who I was going to be speaking to or leaving a message with. My experience with Fairfield has been nothing but horrible I’m the last few months. The only person that has attempted to help me is the super Tom who is pleasant and respectful. Otherwise all of the women I have dealt with are disgusting and outright rude.
