Really first class operation. From the truckers standpoint; There is overnight parking in a huge lot south of the building. The receiving area on the west end has lots of room to maneuver. There is no loading dock, so everything is tailgated.
Lots of safety yellow and hardhat worn here. They place a premium on having a safe workplace.

I am looking for a place to live in a natural environment (one with nature) in my 50s. After reading the article today in the New York Times about the developer in Sweden: The article is great in that it provides how the Swedish developer created high-quality hotels and apartments with a safety standard. For example, the walls are flame retardant up to 2.5 hours. We have LEED with some developers. but we really need access to design not on the cheap. The US needs to really get away from unacceptable standards on all fronts: whether it be buildling, developing, and farming.

Back it up before you even think about Fading West. This guy with deep pockets comes to a quaint, small town, with his “vision.” I’m sure you’ve heard of his vision on the many news stations he has been on. They build a big factory with the promise of bringing employment to locals as well as affordable housing for our community, by “our,” I mean, NOT his community. The houses are outrageously priced, and poor quality. The original team brought folks in from other states, not our locals. Okay, perfect. Now we have that much less housing for our locals. They hire locals
To help get started but because of all the wasted materials, they realize that they need to get cheap help. They go to 4A and fire all of the locals. There you go, more housing issues because now we have all these individuals who are, well, to put it kindly, not locals who have NOT contributed to our community but are here for that mighty dollar and will soon leave back to their families. Push locals out with your expensive, cheap, poor quality housing and unbelievable prices. Fire all the locals and see what you get. It will all come back around. Go Fading West! If I was able to do zero stars, I would have, but hey, at least that one star will get your attention!

Probably some of the worse built modular homes you can buy. This company is awful. They bus in foreigners on work visas and literally pay them below minimum wage. If you’re in the market for some sweat shop housing, this is right up your ally.

Terrible company ruining the small affordable town. Their old motto was “Building affordable communities” they quickly realized there was no money in affordable houses. Don’t buy and definitely do not work for them.
