Huge and gorgeous establishment! My boyfriend and I walked around for over an hour enjoying all there was to offer. All of the plants were fairly priced and healthy!! Felt like I was walking in a dream. Home decor was cute too!

This place always has an incredible selection of indoor and outdoor plants alongside anything you’d need to care for them.
The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than some places, but what really sets this place apart is how knowledgeable the staff is.
The past couple of times we talked with Bridget and, alongside being extremely pleasant to work with, was able to assist us in diagnosing an issue we were having with our dracaena recommend how to improve our care and get it back where it should be.
Can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a bit of assistance starting out with indoor or outdoor planting!

I visited here with my aging mom and we had a lovely time. It was during the Christmas season and we were both impressed with how the shop was decorated and the variety of really lovely things. So many themed Christmas trees and sections that are well organized. It is a great place to find gifts for anyone in the family - plant-lover or not. They have candles, soaps, pillows, ornaments, t-shirts, planters, decor, etc. etc. The plant and flower areas were also gorgeous and well organized. It was such a nice place to bring my mom and help lift her spirits and expose her to a beautiful atmosphere. Whomever is in charge of the store is doing a wonderful job. We will definitely be back. (We had no real interaction with the staff so I can't speak about customer service.)

There’s something kind of tragic about Faddegon’s. It’s such a beautiful store but the people that work there seem so miserable, unfriendly and lack even basic customer service skills. How hard is it to greet someone as they walk in the door? Why do they always act like you’re inconveniencing them simply by being there? I went this morning and couldn’t believe how bad the vibes were. A guy wrote a review a few months ago and summed it up kind of perfectly…there’s a creepiness to the experience. Go to Hewitt’s instead. They’re SO KIND. If you want lovely little gifts, go to Pearl Grant Richman’s. At least they justify their high prices with superb customer service. I can order candles online. I’m done.

This is really a top notch nursery with a lot of excellent quality plants and foliage. The variety is good and plants of good size. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are enough around so that you don't have to wait long for help or questions.

Definitely a go to spot. I love the setup of the entire facility. I felt like I took a walk through 3 different greenhouses all with different types of plants. They also have a generous area for shirts, jewelry and body care items and tons of planters and terrariums. I will be visiting again.
