Called on 1/10 about these two bags it is now 1/28, there is absolutely no sense of emergency, and your customer service is non-existence. Both of these bags tasted like burnt paper, and you would think a company would care about the quality of their product. Customer service was nice, but nothing happened afterward. I will return these to Walmart and no longer purchase any of your products. I do not usually post negative reviews, but I feel there is a reason you don't have a customer service email on your website.

Entry from Halstead is quite easy. Enough overnight parking for 7-8 trucks. They have security 24/7 at this location. Two portable toilets to use. They start collecting BOL from parked trucks at 6 am and assign dock afterwards. They have only two docks for pork skin. One was occupied by a trailer and only one was operational for receiving.

It is s very small entry way but if you come from the 47th street exit and sweep right before pulling through you will easily clear the yellow posts. Docks are unbelievably difficult to back into due to parked trucks and civilian vehicles but staff and another driver did a great job spotting and helping me get in successfully! Good thing is you can park there overnight, bad thing is you can park there overnight.

Update: Came back a second time and as pleased as the first and I haven't even been unloaded yet. Room for 6-7 trucks in the overnight parking section, but could probably makeshift a few spots at night time. Only 3 trucks here overnight and idk if they redid the road or the entrance, but wasn't nearly as tight getting in as it used to be. Not much of a blindside to get in the dock anymore. Almost enough room to straight back if you set up correctly.

Pretty easy to get to from the interstate. I STRONGLY recommend sliding your tandems some point before you get to this place regardless of weight. Had mine back to scale legal and was very snug (within a foot of the pole from trailer) getting in the entry way. You absolutely will not be able to make a right turn into the facility during busy hours. Check in was as simple as handing paperwork to dock worker. Unload times reasonable and whether you get unloaded early or a little late will just depend on how busy. Wasn’t bad at all on a Saturday.

Good part is I’m headed south once I leave here, so I’m already through the worst of Chicago interstate traffic, so no complaints.

Nearly 8.5 hours into waiting and still not in the door to be unloaded. This location uses 1 dock for receiving. Only 3 other trucks here before I came. Somehow, I am still waiting. Bright side is there’s a comfortable amount of space to set up and back. Also, staging can hold about 6-8 trucks.

The entrance can be easily missed if never been there or at night, once there O/N parking for about 7 semi trucks.
Had 1700 appointment. Whse worker came to truck to get bills around 0545. Started to unload around 0745. Finished unloading around 0830.

Easy to reach there from I-90 to W Pershing Ave and left to Halsted. All bridges on the route are passable for 13’6”. Try to make a wide turn to the gates from the street. Check in, back in any get load in about one hour.

Mac's Chicharrones are my husband's go to daily snack, manufactured by Evans Food Group LTD., Chicago, IL. Their email address on the bag is bogus....so here I am, with the several other complainants over the recent months. Mac's is going down hill fast. Our last purchase of 2 × 12.25 BBQ skins were the product changer. Hard, tasteless bag of nothing. Where was the fluffy crunch, the tasty bbq that formed in abundance in the corners of the bag that you scoop with a skin when you finally reach the bottom? Not at Mac's 🙁
Every bag purchased is an investor in your company. Every email trying to reach out via a bogus email address, literally printed on your bag is deceiving every customer that pays you, your employees and overhead. For these reasons "I'm out".
