Ethos Farm is a special place for me and my husband. The farmers truly care in growing foods that heal the soil and our bodies. They have nailed down the ways to help our environment.
I have met many amazing like minded people through this farm.
Their events are amazing with great food.
My grandchildren love coming with me to buy vegetables and they get to be in the surroundings of an environment of compassion where we can thrive.
I and my husband are grateful to the founder of Ethos farm Dr Ron Weiss.
While you purchase your vegetable you may get a surprise that a medical doctor in training is ringing your produce or filling up the baskets.
If you are reading this review you seem to be looking for such places and trust me you have found it!

This is the best kept secret in northern NJ! All the produce is grown on site, on their historic, non-profit, organic and regenerative farm. The vegetables are incredible and the vibe of the farm is pure magic. Worth a trip!

Also, if you are into the food-is-medicine space, you should check out their annual event, Farm Days, held every September on their 342-acre farm- it's their premiere educational vehicle.

They host luminary speakers from across the country who impart their wisdom on various topics, including whole foods plant-based nutrition, regenerative farming practices, and environmental stewardship. Also, they include lifestyle activities to help attendees connect to their mission of health and planetary revival.

I’ve been going to the Ethos farm stand for 3 years. Before moving I lived 5 minutes down the road, now I am an hour away. However, I still drive up there 1-2x a month because the vegetables here are medicine from the Earth! The prices are beyond reasonable, especially if you compare it to the quantity and quality you’ll get in a supermarket. Outside of growing my own, Ethos is a beacon for what farms and veggie offerings should look like. Beside their own, they source from other local organic farms and there are way more choices than just vegetables. Now throw in that every single person here is friendly and understands the intersection of humans and (as) the natural world, this is a place I love to support!

Best selection of organic produce in the area - Lots of unusual delicious veggies that look so cool on my dinner table. Best of all though is the help in providing a strong healthy natural intake to my daily eating! Ethos makes it easy to not ever get bored of eating lots of veggies ♥️I wish they were a little closer to me but it’s always worth the trip!!!

It has been 7 years since I became aware of the Doctor's Farm Market at Ethos. Nothing compares. The taste of the greens, the flavors of every single thing that is sold here makes for an amazing gustatory experience. I have replaced all my unhealthy crunch cravings with watermelon radishes, Hakurei turnips, and Kohlrabi, also celeriac when available. Supermarket fare doesn't even come close to this market and when you speak to Farmer Nora. Farmer Nick, or Farmer Jessi, with each conversation you come away with so much more than the food you buy. Each interaction enriches you! If you live in NJ this is an unmissable weekend food shopping activity April - November!

This is one of the most beautiful concepts with an amazing team of Lifestyle medicine practitioners mixed with farmers, bringing Farming and Health together in the most extreme and incredible ways! The food, the staff, the services, Farm, the events, if every city aspired to have these Blue Zone forming initiatives we would have the healthiest country in the world. I went here a few times last year. I'll be back again in September for their Farm Days event even though it's a 10-hour drive!
