The loveliest farm store ever! It’s always one of my favorite spots to go weekly when I’m in Minot. The raw milk is amazing and I’ve even used it to make mozzarella before. It’s a beautiful collection of other local businesses and a small library for those who want to learn more about gardening, homesteading, farm animals. My favorite skin care product is always the Ezcema Cream they carry from Dakota Tallow. You can also find them at the local farmers market during the warmer months

Amazing! The nutrition in their offerings can be seen! The egg yolks, for example, are a beautiful sunset orange! This is only accomplished through passionate and educated farmers who care about their animals and the soil. This is what food is supposed to taste like! If they grow or raise it, I’m buying it.

We absolutely love Esther’s Acres! Desiree and Forrest are such hard working, honest, and communicative farmers!! We have been purchasing eggs and whole chickens from them for a few months now, and their products have been consistent and delicious. Our dog, Daisy, really appreciates their dehydrated chicken feet as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Esther’s Acres—they are fabulous!

We found Esther's Acres at the beginning of the summer & immediately knew they were a local business we wanted to support. Voting with our dollars is very important to our family & we love supporting local businesses. Esther's Acres eggs are bar none!! What Desiree & Forrest are doing in the local community & bringing awareness to shortening the food chain & supporting local farmers is so important! Their farm is one of the many local businesses that we will miss when we move!

Recently, I was the lucky recipient of farm fresh egg delivery. Right to my door! These eggs are delicious. And pretty! Some are blue-green, some are brownish, some are cream colored… just lovely. Can’t wait for another dozen! You won’t be disappointed! 🐥 🥚 🍳
