This is one of the best product lines I’ve used. I love the fact that I’m supporting a California based small business with Italian roots that offers a unique blend of of oils, nuts; dried fruits and gift packages. Enzo oil, like that storied name of Ferrari, is the Creme De la Creme, and more of True Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil. All other brands I have ever tried claiming to be true "Extra Virgin" oils, save a few heirloom varieties from Italy, in my opinion, are just oil. From the first sip of this amazing amber-green elixir, I was transported to another place and time, when in the world of culinary craftsmanship and pride really meant something. I consider the quality of this product to be medicinal, rather than just something to add to a salad or for cooking. I cant even imagine anyone using this oil to sauté, except after the dish is removed from the pan. And truly, I have done home taste tests with my guests to see if they can also sense or taste the difference between the extra virgin wannabes, and the Enzo Oil, the Real Deal. And yes, every single guest I have done this taste test with, has noticed the hints of green living savory flavors hidden deep within this culinary gem, every drop a morsel to be savored, a moment to be remembered with good friends around.
