I can't believe I'm posting a second time, my initial post was greeted with a effort to resolve my poor review. Only to add insult to injury the manager of the site Madeline attempted to come to some sort of resolution or something of that sort. But all she did was defend her employees and the piolcy that was enforced on me which I can respect, yet at the expense of totally ignoring my concerns. Then Madeline tell me she will follow up with to me and has not. During our discussion. We were talking about the billing being I was attacked or discriminated against their fraudulent policies which I don't know where that came from or what was the purpose of enforcing anything so bogus. Which resulted in the transaction not being completed properly, I was told that I had to wait 3 days for the resolution since their system did not propagate my transaction. Madeline did also mention that they had other accesses to my funds outside of the debit transaction. I was told to wait 3 days on this end of the second day. I got a notice from Google pay that the payment was reversed. I went to the Enterprise location to honor their request of me returning and having to redo the payment now when I arrived there. Filipina the senior manager at that location, went and told my cared because obviously they forced the payment before the 3 days, she had to adjust the credit card charges that they took, mind you. It was done between two separate cards and it was forced the 3rd days didn't even go by yet. I was then told that I would have to wait for 3 days for those charges that were taken out of my credit cards to be reversed, only for me to wake up this morning and have a double charge of the same payment on my bank account with overdrawing my account. Again, I get annoyed when people don't really follow proper protocol, had they waited the 3 days as I was told they would have not have to hit my credit card accounts and that reversed account appears to me was reactivated because they pushed it originally. Now that would have zeroed out for today the third day. My complaint is how sloppy and irresponsible without apology. I've been attacked disrespected and minimized at the expense of some random person walking into my discussion with one or the other employees as a valid witness to rude communication. Now mind you they have cameras there, they can see this gentleman walked in but this was Ms Madeline strong argument in defense of my actions. They have a witness with a bunch of cameras at that location. They're going to focus on one person's testimony. I'm not an angry old man or any other stereotype statements. I am so disappointed and outraged at what appears to be a very targeted attack.

And I noticed they suppressed my original review through manipulation. I'm logged in as a different person and I cannot see my original post that was made to the public

In all fairness my experience at this location was beneath professional customer service over procedural rudeness. My first encounter was with the manager called Filipina, I had a reservation supposedly by a mechanic shop they have an arrangement with. Now you would think that a reservation would be put into the system and if there was a problem they would know and be able to tell you about it. So after getting to the Enterprise location in Patchogue. I discovered that I had a rental out for my daughter and I could not do a double rental. Clearly. I was quite annoyed being that a reservation was made and if any proper procedural process I would imagine would have told them that I couldn't rent that vehicle. So I'm being inconvenience and I was told that I was being rude for being upset. Then another time with another manager who's into this fraudulent policy insists that I provide all kinds of information which I allowed him access to my phone and he was unable to retrieve the information he was seeking. To then tell me that once the transaction is completed. My name will be revealed. All that over dialogue and menacing policies when clearly they know enough about me that I'm not being fraudulent. Or why would one suspect fraudulent behavior with someone that's doing business and two institutions? What I find disgusting is that no one takes responsibility for what they do but will critique a person because of their own prejudice.

Esteban went above and beyond getting me into a rental vehicle the suited all of my needs. There was a situation where the vehicle had to be towed that was completely out of his control and he did everything possible to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Esteban shows great communication skills and demonstrated the ability to do anything to ensure his customers were satisfied. Enterprise needs to recognize this particular employee and he should be on a fast track to upper management !

The Patchogue location has an excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly young lady, name begins with an F. (I know her name yet didn't know if I should type it here.) I appreciate and would request her to handle my car rental needs again. She is vital and an asset to the company. THANK YOU!

Joe was very helpful went above and beyond to help me find a car for a weekend trip. I was very satisfied with the vehicle and the customer service he provided, he even followed up with a phone call after returning the vehicle to make sure everything worked out perfectly. Thanks again Joe for all your help with our travel arraignments!!

Used Enterprise after a hiatus because of terrible experiences at a different site. This Patchogue site was on the money. Staff was efficient and professional, yet friendly. Very good experience

The Mazda I leased was a very good car, and everyone at Enterprise (and Caliber) did a great job. I highly recommend them.
