I have purchased 3 pounds of their beef jerky. The Hot is what I like the best. It is dried well, so you are buying meat and spices, not water weight. It is also sliced VERY thin. I plan to buy more! Highly recommended! UPDATE: Get the extra thin jerky. MORE flavor per pound! (Bought 5 more pounds) Try it! 😋
