I was there today for food. The person in front of me had a very large order. I asked the cashier if I could cash out with my two items since his order was taking up three workers behind the counter. Customer got loud and said the f word and got threatening wanting to fight out side. He said his order is three hundred dollars and so on. What surprised me was the employees or owners did nothing for the safety of all customers in the store. He was loud and threatening, the employees should have cashed me out or calm him down. I don't believe it's safe in that store. As I was leaving this customer started to approach my vehicle. Very disappointed that customers are aloud to be threatening for no reason so the place is UNSAFE. I did not purchase the two items as I did not think it would be worth fighting so I went to Walmart.

Generally they are cool today because it was a holiday they rushed my husband off and wouldn't cut ham for him because they closed at when the site says 530 no signs posted anywhere so as my husband is leaving they left to have a smoke break ..that's what you rushed my husband for a damn smoke break . Horrible customer service today . I will not be going back ! I rather take the ride to Wegmans then deal with their rude butts. And please update your web site with the proper time. And your selection was horrible also today !

My first time today to this location. The selection was very impressive, and very reasonably priced. Everything was spotless and clean. I was really impressed with the staff. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, they let me browse, and were quick to answer my questions. I've only been to one other location of theirs, and happily I had the same experience. If you haven't stopped by, give em a try, you'll thank me later!

Love this place. Started coming down here since Nov of 2019 and keep returning. Each $100+ purchase lasts me a few weeks until my next trip back. They have great specials and cuts. Their workers are super friendly. Thank you Empire for being my hometown butcher!

I really like this place. Great prices, fresh meats and they make their own Italian sausage. It is very good and not greasy. I'm so like they are in my neighborhood. I wouldn't dare buy meat from anywhere else. The staff is very kind and courteous. I wish the the very best.

I just shared a review with another busines. I walked in to purchase some meat and there was a gentleman in there coughing and coughing and coughing. The people that worked there said nothing. They act as if it was OK. No regard for people that are trying to stay safe.
Honestly I'm not trying to be funny but people need to stay away from these places.
