Ed not only supplied my restaurant, he was instrumental in the proper configuration of my kitchen, bar and waitress stand. His prices were fair, not because of the value of the commercial grade appliances, but because of the professional hands on customer service he provided.

Ed sold me brand equipments from Arctic Air earlier this year as I am setting up my first café shop. One of the 2 door freezer is defective with condensation on the middle beam between the 2 doors. I got written up during my inspection. Ed was notified of this and I asked him to either exchange me a new unit or refund my money and we can both move along. He asks me to deal with manufacturer warrany over at Arctic Air. I call Arctic Air and they immediately don't want to deal with me. They finally send out a technician but there is nothing wrong for him to fix. After this, Ed gave me some bs answer that he had set up an exchange with Arctic Air and all I had to do was call and set up the delivery date. When I call Arctic Air, they said there was no call from Ed on record. After a brief conversation, they are pushing responsibilities and talking about they can't eat the $2,700 loss. (What about my loss?) I call Ed to try to get on a 3 way call to clear things up. He doesn't pick up. Claims he is on a flight. Next day, I call Ed again. He doesn't pick up. I text him now, and his response was, "They have to do the exchange and give me a credit, I can't eat $ 2,700.00" I responded that if both you and Arctic Air are so confident behind their products, you should have no issue exchanging the defective unit for me.

After that, I have yet to get a response or a call back from Ed.

We couldn't be more disappointed with the experience we had with EME. Ed was not upfront with us on some very key issues within our experience. It became very costly for us from a time & material perspective. This is our first project and we will never be using them again to service any of our needs.
