Beautiful clean cabin on the river. A fire pit with chairs, charcoal & propane grills, picnic tables. Beautiful bull elk moms and calves bugling. The hosts are informative and accommodating.

Such a great place with cozy cabins. Listening to the river at night puts you right to sleep. Getting to see the beautiful elk up close is a big bonus! The hosts Jim and Rhonda are the nicest and they'll spend time answering all of the questions you have about the elk on the property. I had a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Elk Meadow Ranch! We loved our cabin right on the Conejos River! It was very clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed to make for a great weekend. The hosts are fabulous people! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

This place is beautiful lovely cabins with the river running threw the property with great fishing. The elk are amazing to watch and taste even better. Highly recommend visiting here. Jimmy and his family are the best and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Can't say enough about the Elk Meadows Ranch.

Nice spot. The animals are well taken care of and it's a great and rare opportunity to show children as well as adults this usually unseen majestic animal from our forests. I didn't stay at the cabin but I could only image that it would be a thrill to wake up every morning and see elk sitting outside of the window.

Passing through we stopped for one night at the cabin. The setting by the river is lovely.

Outside is a BBQ, a couple of tables and a fire pit. Wood is provided for the fire pit and we had the obligatory smores.

Inside the cabin has lots of beds and is very comfortable. The only let down was a lack of plates and bowls.

The owner showed us the elk bulls and was happy to field all our questions.

A lovely place to stay - just wish we could have stayed longer.
