Good product, be careful not to heat too hot or it will burn! I used USPS even though it’s not recommended because it was way cheaper than the other options (plus I’ve never had them lose a package). I wish they would have used a paper mailer as those are compostable, or at least a smaller box, because they used a really big box when I only ordered one thing, it would have saved them money for shipping materials and me money in shipping costs.

We recently began our coffee roasting journey and decided from the start to use sustainable or compostable packaging. We really like the packaging we've been getting from Elevate. Customers are responding well to them and I have several who are doing composting trials of their own. I cannot wait to hear the results. I'm also having a blast designing my own labels for our packages.

The folks at Elevate Packaging also provide excellent customer service. Packages are shipped out quickly and we received everything in perfect shape. My best review is to say I WILL be purchasing from them again soon!

Our business has ordered several different "sticker sheets" from Elevate Packaging over the past few years, including their round stickers and rectangular stickers of various dimensions. The stickers look great and work well. But what we love even more about Elevate Packaging is their customer service. We recently had an issue with delivery that could have been resolved by providing more information in the shipping options when we were placing our order online. We reached out to Elevate Packaging via email and they replied right away providing multiple options to help solve our immediate issue AND updated their website to prevent the same issue from happening to us again in the future. Their responsiveness to our concerns and willingness to make immediate changes to solve issues as they arise is what sets them apart as an excellent business.

As a small coffee roaster, I wanted to offer my coffee beans in compostable bags. The coffee pouches and ink jet printed labels I got meet all of my needs. They also don't require huge quantities, which as a small business owner is critical you are first starting out.
Bonus: the customer service is great and the products are made in the USA.
