This is one of the best "fairy syrup" as me and my children like to call it, I have ever tasted. I have been using herbs since a child in Europe and since living in the US I have trouble to find good herbal products on the shelves out there. Visiting Vermont a few summers back and coming across this Elderberry syrup at a Farm, I was amazed of the real taste it had. My kids also loved it and I was happy it will keep us healthy in the flu season. My girls 2 & 4 named it "Fairy Syrup" and would get exited when they have to take it which makes me a happy mom that it's taking care of their immunity too.

Stopped at the farmers market in Manchester Center on the way to Stowe a few days ago. Picked up the SF Syrup and Jelly. Wife loves the jelly and the syrup is really good mixed with plain soda stream water. May try to see about shipping in the future since we’re in NJ.

My husband and I visited Elderberry Springs Farm in July of 2023. What a little gem! The owners were extremely warm and welcoming. We toured the farm and were very impressed to see how organically everything was run, both inside and out! We tried the Elderflower Tea which was as delicious as the name sounds. The Elderberry Syrup was a homerun! It is slightly sweet with a full bold flavor. We have been using the syrup to make "Elder-cocktails" using a variety of different alcohols and mixers such as ginger beer, seltzer or lemonade. The possibilities are endless! If you have not yet tried elderberries, do yourself a favor and try a product from this farm. You will not be disappointed!

We just visited Elderberry Springs Farm during our short winter break with son. Owners are very very friendly and provided information we needed . We bought each product they have and were amazed of quality of product and friendly service! We love to brew our tea from Elderberry flowers, its aromatic and soothing. I love Elderberry Springs Farm's Elderberry syrup! I have been adding a teaspoon in my breakfast smoothies each morning. I feel it helps put a little spring in my step!
