I have been meaning to write a review. My fiancé and I recently moved to this area Halloween of last year. We checked out ColdSpring Farmers Market in the winter where we saw them at. I bought goat chocolate milk, if I could rate it 10/10 I would. Best chocolate milk I have ever had. The goat feta and the goat(cotta) was absolutely delicious. Seeing them at Beacon Farmer’s market made us extremely happy today! I was able to buy more chocolate milk and then now I get to try the yogurt. As someone with digestive issues, goat products still have that delicious creamy texture and fill me up without the discomfort. I highly recommend checking Edgwick Farm and their delicious goat products! You won’t regret it- promise!

This is an amazing family goat farm that provides the greatest goat cheeses and eggs from goats and chickens that are cared for with loving organic energy ! These cheeses are the best in our community and beyond! The family feeling the kindness and smart farming practices and fine neighbors can be tasted in every gourmet natural and lovingly made product. Cheers to Talitha and Dan Jones ; goat herder Cara Girada and Nathaniel and all the lovely herd dogs; ducks ;chickens ; turkeys and goats make for a Hudson Valley -Cornwall triumph !
