Discovering this microgreens haven in Brooklyn was a delightful surprise during my stay. Just a stone's throw away from where I was staying, I made it a weekly ritual to visit this gem every Tuesday at 6PM to indulge in their mixed variety. And let me tell you, it was money well spent.

Microgreens, with their vibrant flavors and nutritional punch, elevate any dish they grace. Whether tossed into salads, sprinkled atop sandwiches, or incorporated into elaborate entrees, these tiny greens pack a mighty culinary punch. (They also have mushrooms and sprouts).

I signed up for the weekly subscription and I’m so happy I did! These are the best microgreens I’ve ever had, and I love putting them on almost everything. They are so fresh and ecobay has a great selection! The sunflower and pea microgreens are my favorite. The owner is fantastic as well and is always trying to give his customers the best!

So happy we finally made it to Ecobay Farms. Bought the sweet and spicy mixes, which they cut fresh on site. Wonderful taste as a salad and added great flavor and texture to eggs in the morning. Already have been back for more! Owners are welcoming and helpful.
