Worked on ordering seed that was on short supply, when the district rep for mycogen found some, they would only sell it if I played their game. That wasn't disclosed before the two weeks and effort had been done to find the seed. The owner (Clay) told me he sold 7-8000 bags of flowers per year and did 70 million in contracting. Left the impression he was a big shot...they don't need my busisness

WARNING TO ALL FARMERS!!!!

On behalf of Kenneth Pottorff Seed Farms:

If you produce seed for Eastern Colorado Seeds in Burlington you may NOT get paid. I produced seed for the company in 2016 and have yet to be reimbursed . The representative(Clay) is , in my opinion, at the heart of this dispute. As someone else has posted... he thinks he is a big shot and is not a man of his word. Why would he not pay for the product produced?

Kenneth Pottorff Seed Farms was forced to file a lawsuit against Eastern Colorado Seeds and Clay Smith.
