We visited the Derby location and ordered two Rebel drinks. The employee gave us the drinks as shown in the pictures. It's quite frustrating to receive a drink that is clearly not filled to the brim, especially when it costs $7. It wouldn’t have taken much longer to add a bit more liquid instead of just ice.

I was having a horrible birthday and I don’t know if the lady could tell it was bad or not but, she saw I was using my birthday drink and wished me a happy birthday. Then hooked me up with 2 free drinks. I get Dutch bros as a treat occasionally but I will be a lifetime customer here. This store is the best one I’ve been to and they have always been nice and seem to love what they do. I’ve yet to have a bad drink. Keep doing whatever you guys are doing right❤️

The Derby Dutch Bros, just south of 63rd on Rock. A coffee and beverage stop with a strange and limited setup at its kiosk. No real menu board with the full selection of drinks, no drive thru speaker to take orders and get the line moving, and I still don’t know if they have any other size but medium because they don’t ask and just give you the size they choose by default. The high energy push of spunk in the service might work better if Dutch Bros were a more efficient business. The saving grace of this place is that the drinks are good and this location is isolated from other businesses making it the most accessible of any shop of its kind in the area. I could recommend a visit for a high quality drink if you can deal with the several annoyances of ordering.

Every time I come to this location there's a 30+ minute wait even if there's only 1-2 other cars there. Yesterday they were even taking orders from cars all the way in the back of the line instead of the orders of people who had been waiting for 10+ minutes. There is also no way to get out of the drive thru once you are in, so if you go in, youre stuck for at least half an hour. Their drinks don't taste the same as other dutch bros locations too

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. I love Dutch Bros and this is the only location that I seem to be having this issue with. I place a mobile order, I show up at my pickup time and they haven’t even started my drink yet. Today i arrived over 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order and they still hadn’t started it. Absolutely ridiculous. Just plan ahead and sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes, it’ll be faster. Also they can’t even help with cancelling your order, you have to email customer support. So I left without my money and without my drink. I’ll keep supporting Dutch Bros but not this location. I understand being busy, but so is Starbucks and I’ve never had this issue with them.

Excellent coffee your style. They only have iced tea. They do have smoothies, shakes, & lemonade
I do love their coffees hot in the winter and their blended in the summer.

Dutch Bros has a chill laid back. Not only are the drinks delish, but the Broistas truly want to be a bright spot in your day. All off the coffee drinks are good but if you're not into coffee I highly recommend the lemonades, teas or sodas. There are so many flavors to choose from but my favorite is what I call The Levi (created by Levi for his momacita!) a Rocky Point Lemonade Cut with Soda & Strawberry real fruit. Order it extra sweet or leave out the strawberries... whatever your preference. Anyway you have it will be yummy!

Spent 20 minutes in the Derby Kansas drive thru and only one car was served. I had to figure out how to maneuver out of the drive thru because I had somewhere to be. I thought 20 minutes was more than enough time to grab a coffee when there were only about 3 cars in the drive thru and mo one at the walk up. Tried to call the number, which is Dutch Bros Corporate, to get a refund for the coffee I couldn't wait any longer for and they disconnected the call after 12 minutes on hold due to high call volume. Save your time and your money. Service is slow and the coffee isn't even that great.

Fun and friendly service. If there is more than a couple cars in line they come out to take your order to get it started for you. I always order a custom rebel. Taste perfect every time.

Although the coffee was tasty the speed of service not so much. Ordered on the app and pick up was 9:10 and waited wt the window until 9:20. They were too busy singing and playing instead of making coffee. Dutch Bros needs to work on time service before 7 brew comes to derby.

I absolutely love this place.
I had a road rage incident this morning, someone tried cutting me off the road and threw something at my vehicle. I was already on my way to Dutch to get my usual mochi berry rebel iced. When I pulled through the drive through I was shaken up, I was on the phone with dispatch to report what happened. I didn't catch her name, but she stood there and didn't rush me to order but genuinely seemed worried for me. I was also shaking bad enough I had a hard time even keeping my foot on the break. When I went to pay, this sweet soul said "don't worry I got you" all I could do what just tear up. It wasn't about the free drink, it was that someone seem me struggling and cared. I will forever love this location. And to the girl who I spoke with I hope god blesses you always in all ways ♥️

dont ever stop here if you’re in a hurry. the coffee is really good but the wait is not worth it, we only ordered two of the same drinks and we waited for over 35 minutes which we ended up not getting
