I received exactly what I ordered and how I ordered it! Medium with pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms on regular crust baked well done. The pizza was good. Ordering online was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Ordered for pickup and it was ready at the time quoted. The worker at the counter seemed friendly.

Fantastic pizza, I am from Las Vegas and the only thing that caught me off guard was square cut pizza. But my Chicago friend says that's better for sharing! Surprising, they have the most delectable French fries which were unexpectedly ordered.

I had my husband's 50th birthday party at Durbins and it was great. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The prices are reasonable.

I did an online order a sm pizza and a salad it says it will be ready in 30 minutes. 12:01 pm to be exact.Ordered it at 11:31 am I got to your location @ 12:06pm the girl behind the counter told me it was put in late (don't know by who) and it would be 10 more minutes. So I waited the 10 then asked her how much long took her a minute or 2 to find out because she was more concerned texting on her phone. She comes out and says t2 more minutes they are about to pull it out it’s taking longer because you got well done. ( not an excuse for putting in an order late) another 10 minutes goes by then I finally get my food. I looked on the receipt on the pizza box and it says order was taken @ 12:08pm so no one put my order in until after I showed up Ridiculous. And don’t say you’re busy because it’s St Patrick’s day because it wasn’t. Your counter girl was too concerned being on her phone and management not checking up on things. I wasted almost my entire lunch break waiting on my food to be done when I purposely put it in online so it would be ready in time when I got there. Why have online ordering if you’re not even going to check it and have it ready in time? I understand waiting a few minutes but 20 is ridiculous when I put my order in 30 minutes before that so basically I waited almost an hour for a small pizza and a salad is crazy. And now seeing other google reviews about online ordering at your location seems like you have a problem with this

I really want to give this place a higher rating but this is not the first time this has happened. I placed an order online and it was going to be ready by 5:33 pm. Watching thru the window behind the counter there are 2 guys working, with not much going on. When I got there to pick up the pizzas they had not even began to make them yet as I watched the toppings I placed being put on, then in the oven. Again, not the first time this has happened. $50+ dollars for 2 pizzas and this happens, again... The girl with the blonde hair and piercings said it's really busy.... I'm watching them prepare and cook and it's SLOOOOW. I really wish I could come back, because the food is pretty good, but I'm done Durbins.

After 1 month from my initial review, and emailing them, as THEY requested in the response, I have heard nothing back... I just thought I'd let whoever is reading this know. I attached a screenshot of my sent email to the address they provided.

Just had my mother in laws 50th and everyone was very kind and pizza is awesome! Great value!

The food was great but the service was lacking. The Chicago burger was delicious as well as our tables food..but hardly worth the wait. Decor was dated sports theme with video gaming adjacent to the dining area. If you want to spend the afternoon..this is a good choice. However if you are hungry and don't like to wait ? Choose elsewhere. There are better choices.
