I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts a few days ago with my sister before heading to Silver Cross Hospital. The line went by quickly, it’s in a great location, and the drive-through itself is very nicely decorated. The inside looked very clean and the woman taking orders was very kind. When I pulled up to pay and she passed me the drinks, she told me to just be careful because the lids were a little weird today. I think by weird she met that they weren’t working at all because as soon as I drove away the lid fell off my drink and spilled all over me and my seat. My sister carefully held her cup but every single time she would drink out of the straw and her cup would tip, it would leak in spill all over her clothes. It was a disaster and I wouldn’t of ordered had I known. For what its worth, the few sips we manage to salvage were good.

If you need morning coffee, and quick, this is NOT the place for you!...The drive-thru line is ridiculously long, and it seriously takes 10 - 15 minutes every day, to get through the drive-thru line! There is NOTHING FAST about this fast food restaurant! I don't know if they are just drastically understaffed or if they are just staffed with workers that just don't care! 😵‍💫 I can say that the girl at the drive-thru window, definitely HATES her job and she makes that very clear to all of the customers who are paying her salary and keeping your company in business! Thank you Dunkin for making me late to work once again!😡

Horrible service we ordered a tea and a large Carmel coffee hot waited 7 minutes at the window to then get a iced caramel coffee the after waiting a few more minutes we got our coffee to it tasing like crap then we asked for More Carmel in the coffee the lady huffed and puffed also rolled her eyes so then we asked for a refund so she had to call her manager which took forever we waited like 25 minutes in line plus they were just taking more peoples orders we had like 5 other cars behind us Do not come here if I could I would give this review half a star

Every other Dunkin fills the cup when I get an mocha latte with no ice, but this upstanding franchise gives me the drink amount before ice is added and doesn't top it off, to perfectly display how much they rip people off by absolutely loading the cup with ice. Keep pinching those pennies, you won't get my business again.

When you order an Iced Mocha Latte with no ice, at this location, they fill up the cup half way, which displays how very little drink you actually get (when they jam pack it with ice), instead of topping it off, like every other Dunkin'. Keep pinching those pennies like you're not profitable... Lost my future business

Every time I go there and purchace an easy ice beverage, cup is full of ice. 3/8/19 ordered an iced macchiato easy ice got drink full of ice and told employee i order an easy ice, they remove ice and ended up with less coffee it happens all the time

I have been going to this location for a very long time. I work early mornings and they're usually the only DD open that early. However, lately this location has been subpar. It has caused me to be late to work at least 5 times in the last month. There is often a line that can take +10 minutes to get through. It is becoming increasingly inconvenient and may cause me to stop going in the morning and just wait until my break to get coffee. One day I placed my order, drove up to the window, and I waited there for over 5 minutes while they employees inside screamed at each. After they finished full blown screaming at each other, that is when they began to make my coffee. I fully understand that food takes longer and that could cause line delays, but every morning I come here I almost have to plan to wake up earlier just so I can account for the time wasted in this line. I will say I would have rated them lower but they always get my order correct and I have not had an issue with that, so far. Personally, I just feel this location is very unprofessional and does not care that people need to be places. 2 cars actually backed out of the line this morning because the wait was so long. This is dangerous and inefficient. I'm writing this hoping they make a change and things get better but this is beginning to not be worth it for me, and probably many others.
