So good! A solid destination for some big bactivities. Reminds me of European-run bakeries in Fort Lauderdale. Everything was so fresh delicious and high-quality. I got a baguette, and it was so wonderful to have good bread again. The cream puff was out of this world. Excellent bakery for Long Island, and very good service. Surprisingly affordable prices.

I was a bit disappointed but think I just had bad luck. My friends rave about how this is the best bakery on the island. I tried the chocolate eclair and it tasted burnt on the pastry. It wasn't overcooked underneath so likely they just put the chocolate on top. The actual custard was actually amazing and some of the best I've had. All the staff were super nice and the place looks so cool on the inside with their display cases and the open kitchen so you can see them working in the back. I would come here to try something different but I can say I was really impressed by the custard.

I've been to A LOT of boulangeries all over France and imho, Duck Island comes the closest to what I've experienced in France. The tartes au chocolat and the pains au chocolat are excellent. The apple galettes and not shabby either. And the baguette jambon et beurre are always excellent.

OMG. THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I highly recommend the blueberry muffins, the jelly donuts, the apple pie. OH the whipped cream. I have never had anything that delicious. You will not be disappointed. My husband Charles works in Huntington and brings home these delectable desserts (definitely improved the marriage).

This is the best bakery in town. Selected favorites: cinnamon roll, sour dough bread, junior loaf, peach turnover, but the fact of the matter is the quality and taste is outstanding with all the products. Added bonus, staff is friendly and knowledgable!

i loved this bakery so much before they moved i would’ve given it a hundred stars. but since everyone found out how amazing they were, they’ve moved, expanded business hours, and gotten much bigger. unfortunately the quality of the baked goods have slightly gone down. it makes me really sad because it was the only different & truly amazing bakery on long island. however it is still worth it, make sure you get there early in the morning. definitely pick up a loaf of sourdough, a cinnamon bun, a canelé, & a kougin amann. pictured are the cinnamon bun & canelé.

Great! Madeleines and the Junior loaf are my favorite . I recommend anything. My husband has to control me otherwise I will by one of everything!!

1st visit. Walking in, I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. From the pastries to the mountains of bread everywhere. It was amazing.
