This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are scammers and don't practice good business ethics, there are so many better water services you are better off with, this company DOES NOT care about their customers. I have asked them to pick up their device and water bottles several times and they told me they would come and pick it up, but instead failed to contact me and sent me to collections over it and whenever i tried to contact them they said a manager would call me back which never happened. This has been more of a headache of a company to deal with then any sort of convenience

Aggressive drivers. You would think if you have tens of thousands of pounds of water in your truck you would drive safely. Not the case with these guys.
