We stopped to get coffee and burritos. Love to see all of the support for previous employees and current employees. Also tons of community support. Great atmosphere and all the employees were super nice. The coffee and the food were delicious

They really do live up to their reputation!

I ended up going because I was passing through Carbondale and saw that the reviews for this restaurant were very good!

The food is very good, I got a burrito “the gringo” on the waitress’ recommendation and I really liked it, she made it exactly as I asked because I didn’t want it too spicy and she made it exactly right!

The price is also very good.

Maybe the restaurant could have more chairs and tables, but I don't think that's a problem either, the atmosphere is very pleasant!

Terrible service. The guy taking my order yesterday messed it up. When I told him, he threw the burrito across the room into the trash can. Then took a scoop of tofu and threw it on the floor behind him. Then remade my burrito with a bottle of hot sauce, I guess to punish me. Disgusting and totally inedible. Will not be back!

Banzai Hawaiian burrito was delicious! And very reasonably priced 😊 the medium was a good size. I could see if I was very hungry getting a large, but the medium was plenty.

Every single time I come here is always such a great experience from the food to the customer service. I use to live here and even in high school I would love it here. Every single time I’m in town I make sure to stop in. . I have a huge tolerance for spicy picante but lemme tell you not even my Mexican momma can make a sauce like they do! Hits the spot every time. As well as their frozen chais ! I can’t have a chai anywhere else but here. Today I took the time to write this because the tall dirty blonde boy working 2/12 at 3 pm went above and beyond and met all my needs. Give this young man a raise he’s a great worker with great customer service skills. Thank you so much DOS GRINGOS. Addison and Yeira!!! Thank you. Beautiful souls 💙♥️

The hospitality was amazing. I really enjoyed my oat-milk London Fog. The view just outside was inspiring. So much good to say about Dos Gringos. I also liked the music but it was a bit too loud for gentle coffee shop conversation. I will drop by again for sure.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! My husband and I are obsessed with the delicious 1lb Breakfast Gringo. We were visiting some friends (we're from MN) and they highly recommended Dos Gringos. The service was perfect and the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. We were only in town for a couple days and ended up going to Dos Gringos both mornings as it was so worth it!! We can't wait to return someday!
