They make the pizza and add toppings and cheese with no gloves on. Then handle the register with same hands and their own cell phone. It was disgusting to watch. Glad I walked in to pay or I’d never know. Also pizza was raw dough and no parm cheese and peppers cause if they can’t afford gloves then those are out too. Just bad all around.

Ordered ny pizza a less than cheese pizza is what I got.was told I had to add pepperoni on it so what's the point of advertising a pepperoni NY style if you need to create it. Sent email and no response. Plenty other pizza places around!!

We ordered curbside service. Clicked we were there. They automatically clicked complete on our order and we waited over 5 minutes for the pizza. We asked for our free pizza for it taking longer than 2 minutes. She told us the manager said “if there is any freeness, Dominos would email us. Wrong. That isn’t how it works and since they hit complete as soon as we said we arrived, it won’t show that we waiting.

Said my pizza was being started at 3:32 and it’s now 4:01 and it’s not even in oven yet. Dont mislead us. Use bare hands handling toppings. Ick.

I've always experienced charismatic, polite, and helpful employees here. The pizza is always top notch quality. My household is always very satisfied. Thank you dominos for literally being the most reliable food option here in sahuarita rather than McDonald's, tacobell, and subway. You will always be my first choice ?

Really? Cheesy bacon tots and there is literally no cheese. It all is on the side burnt. There’s hardly any bacon in the bottom of the tots are burnt. We used to order here almost weekly, and I think we are done. This has gotten ridiculous.

Ordered for carry out waited 45 minutes, supposedly delivery orders came in same time priority were never told would have gone elsewhere. When we finally received orders, desserts weren't there, no apology, just I didn't hear. Well, how long was told would be a while. Wow, we gave orders twice to her. She was also preparing pizza, which is fine. However, your food handlers gloves our not extension of your skin, picked up something fell on floor with her gloves on and went right back to preparing pizza with same gloves on. Thus, it shows me a lack of training by the manager on food preparation and customer service. You make a mistake on order, showing some empathy would go a long way. There are three other pizza places in town that support veterans and seniors as well. Every bit helps when retired, I would recommend marbling brownie. The item never received as good as it is not worth another 45 minutes as we can't put in front of other orders.
