Shipper dispatch is unprofessional, lousy or zero communication. As typical, it’s gambling. Waiting can be long, even with appointments. They have a washroom for drivers. Staging area. Spacious. Don’t forget to stick those staging sheets at your trailer inside before baking up.
Saw worst shipper. Saw way better shipper.

They only take you 30 minutes are an hour before your appointment….if you arrive to early just know you will be sent back out….once checked in u will be allowed to park in the stage area

This is my first time here but I'm about to judge that place the girl at the check-in I don't like her because she was like my sister my sister always been mine to me because since I was a kid they both of them older than me and bullying me and doing all kind of unspeakable things. Other than that the warehouse is pretty awesome. professionals

A Well I’ve been here several times with zero issues. Then today happens. My dispatch says my appointment is at 4pm. So arrive and check in at 2 pm. At 6pm 4 hours later I noticed that I was the only truck left waiting and only 3 trucks in doors. So I go to the office and hand him the paper back and my exact words “ I just wanted to check and see what’s going on if I gave you the correct number and everything. I checked in at 2 so over 4 hours ago “ he interrupted me with “ well your appointment wasn’t until 5 so it’s not my fault you can’t tell time and show up early. I said “ wow hold on bro I’m simply asking a question no need to raise your voice and insult. He again says well your appointment isn’t until 5 I said well 6:15 and in the 10 or more times I’ve been here I’ve never had to wait. And it has happened in the past people called the wrong number. He again interrupted yelling if you’re not in a door it’s because your product isn’t ready. I call when we are ready for you. I said ok again I was simply asking a question. I’m not mad or yelling so you need to calm down. He throws my paper back out the window slit and says go to door 27 and gets up and walks away. It’s now 7:39pm and I am still waiting to get loaded. They haven’t even started yet. I will update more once I get loaded.

Not a bad place to pickup... 1 hour before you can check. Guard is really strict. 10pm pickup in a door at 9:30 pm
Bathrooms in driver lounge , that food truck is really good , I had a chicken burrito. And yes they take plastic .

Not a bad produce customer. There's overnight parking outside the gate. If you're picking up, be sure your trailer is clean, precooled and that chute is almost perfect! The dock people will get you for a torn one. The guard shack won't check.
Safety vest must be worn at all times, they will get on you for not wearing it too.
After you finish up at the guard shack(be sure you have a pickup#) go in, park and walk up to the dispatch office at door 30. Timing is all over here, I've sat here for two hours and over five. Just depends if your product is ready to go.
There's a taco truck on site too. Not sure when they leave, so grab a bite or have food on the truck before coming in case you're here awhile. Restrooms are the oh so lovely portapotties and outdoor hand wash area.
Employees aren't too bad, might get a jerk once in awhile but other than that people are friendly and helpful.

I'm used to waiting but what good is an appointment if they don't at least attempt to keep it. They knew I was coming we made the appointment days ago.
"I've been a frequent customer at this Dole over the years, but the recent wait times have been absolutely unacceptable. On my last visit, I waited an astonishing 8 now 10 hours after check-in. This is a recurring issue, with waits often exceeding 6 hours. It's frustrating to spend more time waiting in line than actually traveling.
The long wait times not only inconvenience customers but also add significant overhead costs that are likely passed on to consumers. I've even experienced lengthy waits for partial loads, which is inexcusable. While I appreciate the services this location offers, the consistent delays have made it difficult to recommend this location."

appt at 7 checked in at 6 got door at 830 it's now almost 11 still loading this place is terrible not ready why bother giving appt time if your not ready. but God help me if I'm late. Lunch breaks and shift change during loading it's OK they get paid by the hour. this is one thing that really bothers me how common place it is for us drivers to wait 8 10 hours to load and unloading is worse. when did it become OK to put up with this crap everyplace we go
