A great neighborhood bar that took a stranger in an made him feel welcome ....for no apparent reason other than hospitality ....

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere with so much history and what I call artifacts, displays all about the tavern. The kitchen closes early but the food is good and fresh. The music is always a treat, yet; loud and crowded can be a distraction for some.

1st time visit, drove over 100 miles one way to meet friends here. Was Very surprised, everyone including the owner was there (Doit) and very nice and welcomed. The food here was awesome. Will return soon !!!
