DELTA DO/CO deliveries are made around the north side of the building where it shows in the parking lot. The cars are now no longer Park the same as shown on the picture here. You have to check in with the guard where the gate is across the street from Sparks Logistics (bldg 3409-C. Carvechi technology & solutions) which is across the street to the north of where the SINGLE dock is located. "Doral". You have to back in from the street if you have a tractor-trailer perhaps even a straight truck if it's long. If you do not need a dock plate or you have a lift gate you can back in on either side of the dock plate here. It's a very slow process because they check in every single item and inspect everything which is understandable. I arrived to deliver two pallets yesterday evening at 3:00 p.m. and they said it was too late to receive. Checked in again at 7:00 a.m. this morning and finally had the two pallets unloaded at 8:30 a.m. and they are receiving now. Good people.

We tried to leave a Amazon trailer but the security guard said that they didn’t have space. I write this just to let drivers know when you have to go to this place, it’s really complicated, I won’t be here anymore.

I work with Amazon and they told me to leave a trailer at 10:00 at night here when I was entering the place without explaining anything to me, the security guard came towards me throwing me out of the place as if I were an animal, I was trying to get him to explain myself and he just told me to leave now then he parked me on the street to put me in contact with Amazon to see what I should do with the trailer and he came with a problematic character towards me that I couldn't be there either, I don't know about the other employees but the truth is that he has no professionalism at all, my next load that comes here will be rejected, I won't come here anymore
