Everything about the alpaca hiking experience was magical. From learning about alpacas to getting to walk one on your own and seeing how curious and silly they are. If you love animals, don’t miss this experience—there are more than alpacas on the beautiful property, including a fun donkey who has lots to say!

This is a private farm with a few Airbnb places onsite. We enjoyed the alpaca hiking experience (available through Airbnb) and had an amazing time. We loved the barn, animals and hostesses. Their passion is truly visible in the upkeep of the animals and grounds. I will find an excuse to go back ASAP!

I took my partner on the Alpaca Trek /Experience for his birthday and wow, was this a great day! Bonnie and Mike create an educational, interesting and interactive experience that is filled with knowledge, love and fun ! The hosts are a class act and the property is AMAZING - Best, part is the interaction with the animals and the warn/fuzzy feeling through and through. Definitely recommend !

They have an Airbnb Alpaca Trek at Django Hill Farm, led by the property owner a veterinarian named Bonnie and she is wonderful and so are her alpacas! We had an amazing experience here getting to meet and walk the alpacas, and if you're looking for a fun thing to do in Carmel you've got to give this Airbnb Experience a look.

We had the most amazing time learning about Alpacas, walking them on the trail, and feeding them at the farm. Bonnie and Mike are a total delight and great hosts. The property is gorgeous with breathtaking views. There are other animals as well including a donkey, horse, dogs, a ram, goats, pigs, and more. Highly recommend this! It’s also very covid-friendly and all outdoors.
