I recently purchased steaks from this butcher shop, and I regret not trusting my instincts. The steaks were discolored however this doesn't mean the steak is necessarily bad just that the surface is oxidized. I decided to buy them despite the off appearance due to the shop's convenient location and positive 4.6 Google review. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake.

Despite my efforts to prepare the Ribeyes correctly—dry brining them and cooking them to an internal temperature of 140°F for a perfect medium-rare—the result was a dry, stringy steak. The quality of the meat was clearly subpar.

I've never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but I believe it's important to warn other customers about the potential dangers of purchasing poor-quality meat from this shop. Based on my experience, I would advise looking elsewhere for your meat needs.

Pretty narrow and crowded if you are claustrophobic, added not a lot of options, and the owners are hard core conservative Muslim so very judgmental for “alternative” lifestyles in their eyes.
