Absolutely one of the worst places to load. Unfortunately I have to come here often and never have I gotten loaded anywhere near my appointment time. They insist on loading all drop trailers ahead of any live loads and refuse to take into consideration a driver's hours of service. Rude and impossible to speak to unless you are the right ethnicity.

If you come to this place, come prepared to be here for at least 6 hours. They really take their time. The bad smell in this place is so unpleasant, you can't breathe. I don't know how the residents of this place can live. Flies must be felt in a 5-star hotel. This smell won't leave my nose... not even my dog wanted to breathe.

Very disappointing. This is the worst place to deliver. We have delivered here 3 times. Each time the same treatment. The third was the last. 6 hours after delivery time to get unloaded and emailing Bill Bryant President to get anything done. The employees takes lots of breaks and the smell of marijuana is everywhere. We are refusing to deliver at this location in the future. Good luck to any other drivers.

6 hours of waiting after my appointment time before I got a door. Several trucks are coming in and going straight to the docks. Place stinks worse than any Tyson plant I've ever been to. Employees hate their jobs, and the residents around hate this company. No parking nearby. Not sure if the guy that told me to go across the train tracks has a brain, but I wouldn't even consider pulling into that grass covered lot. Damn culvert isn't even big enough to pull a lawn mower trailer across.

Second shift(night)crew in Bastrop, LA are really friendly and very helped...was in and out with a drop and hook one evening faster than expected....back the very next day for a live load and only had to wait for a dock door to open....DO NOT COUNT ON THE NUMBER THAT GOOGLE has listed extentions may send call to wrong recipient. Be sure to reach the right person to verify your load information.

My review is much different than previous ones I see. This yard is extremely tight, as previously stated by others. However, I found the office staff to be rude and unhelpful. Yard guy was nice. Load was supposed to be preloaded. Appointment was changed twice with final appointment being 15 hours after original one. Arrived an hour prior to appointment expecting to drop empty trailer and hook up to loaded one. Was told it’s now a live load. Traffic continually coming in and NOWHERE for them to go. Very unorganized. And this place smells like straight up salmonella! Nasty!
