Esmeralda displayed the kind of customer service you can only hope for! She was kind and helpful and took the time to answer my questions. She was very knowledgeable and she is a true proffesional. One year after purchasing my property in Arcadia, my property tax went up nearly 50 percent, from $8000 to $11,500. No warning, no heads-up that this would happen at escrow (or I would not have purchased the house). Recently, his tax collectors came over to measure my new pool, in order to increase the tax again (even though the permit clearly states the pool's size). Apparently, a 50% increase was not enough for David Williams. The mafia, in my humble opinion, has less power and is less greedy!

I asked David Williams if he could give me records for all the property that mosaic corp owned in Desoto Co. Not only did his office give me the list of property they also got me a list from tax collector office of all the taxes that mosaic corp has paid. I asked David Williams and the next day he had a stack of papers a foot thick to give me. I was very impressed with this office
