Della is a SAINT! In the fall of 2020 I was moving from southern Minnesota to Cañon City, Colorado and I knew I need a realtor up to the task of dealing with me and going above and beyond to help me pick a home I wasn't able to visit before purchasing. I got more then lucky with my choice of Della. Saying she knew her stuff is an understatement and right away I could tell I was in good hands. Home walk throughs were done over Google video meetings so I couldn't get the complete picture of what was coming through the camera but with Della's intuition and knowledge I would know pretty quickly when to move on to the next house. Soon I knew which place I wanted and my home in Minnesota had a buyer. In the middle of October 2020 I was in my new home and things felt right. With the help of Della I knew it was structurally sound and a quality home. Fast forward almost 4 years actually and life has a new journey planned for me. Marriage and a move to Indonesia. I knew right away who was going to be my realtor. Della! She prepared the contract and I signed it without a hesitation. Della is such a wonderful person her network of individuals and companies in the industry of getting homes to the standards of buyers is the best. For example, one of her suggestions for a roofing company was the best for me and truly anyone in the community that needs a quality Roofing company(Centerline Roofing). After 5 months my home sold. My words fail to describe her level of professionalism. I can become difficult to deal with when stress is taking over but at no time did she let that change her steadfast personality and kindness. Della is a pillar of the community and she goes above and beyond with everything she does. Thank you, Della Rieger. I wise only the very best for you and your family. I don't think Cañon City would be the same without you.
