Had an appointment for 5pm got there at 4pm then when I went to check in they said it’s still getting picked had to wait until 9pm to get a door and finally left at 12:30am the clerks are disrespectful and don’t care if you gotta wait! Id give 0/5 honestly be prepared to wait only positive I had good internet service that’s about it…

Dry van ware house is on codoni Avenue not on Yosemite blvd . U don't have to go thru security for dry van loads .. for del monte.. right next to frito lays .. I came thru security on Yosemite blvd but didn't have to . Hope it helps someone.. 2 to 3 hours loading dry van .

One of the worst places to get loaded, checked in at 1pm and it’s 6pm and no one is trying to load me. The day shift people were lazy and left their work on the next shift and now the next shift acting like they have no idea. Only 10 pallets to load I can’t even find the manager. Everyone is one break mode since I’ve been here.

The worst place for pick up. They have lazy people working in here. Came here for pick up nd checked in 30 mins before my appointment nd got door after 2 hours. Got loaded 4 hours later.
I don’t know why they give appointments for pick up if the load is not ready on time.

Avoid this shipper. Takes over 8 hours to load
They do not respect drivers time

7pm appt
Checked in 6pm
Got dock at 11 pm
Still not loaded. It’s 1am

This is ridiculous.
Why book a truck if the load isn’t ready.
wasting the drivers time . I had another load to deliver at midnight & missed it Loosing money

Also they have the most disgusting porta potty’s outside like we’re second class citizens. Looks like they never get serviced or cleaned

Beside all these negative comments my experience was satisfying took me less than two hours to get offloaded here. I could give them five star if the make it a little easier for driver to where go straight I checked in three warehouses till I got to the right warehouse staff are amazing thank you all.
