I've got to give this place some praise. I showed up 5 hours before my appointment to get loaded and was put right in a door! I was loaded within 1 hour and 30 minutes and was on my way! Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was simply amazed how things went. It's been a long time since I had this much good luck picking up a load. Thank you guys!

We ended up doing our 10 hour at the flying j fire to the fact our trailer wasn't going to be ready until 11pm. The gate guard on Thursday was awesome and very friendly. The people in the shipping/ receiving office very friendly. Friday's gate guard however was very rude. Handed our papers to us without saying a word, turned around went back in to the shack and turned the lights off. Customer service should still be important!!!!!! Not all truckers are rude or unfriendly.

Good Place, Truck entrance on Harlan Rd. Check in with guard, might get a door right away might have to park. Back in, slide tandems, after your loaded seal will be in the trailer. Go to shipping office between door 20 and 21 for BOL. Head out the same way, guard checks seal # and you're done. Appointment at 730pm checked in at 7pm, was loaded and out at 9pm.

Del monte itself is good they we're short staffed we had a 10am apt to pick up trailer an it was still being worked on when we arrived. So about a hr or little under we were ready to roll.
Until we got to guard shack, trucks lined up to enter/exit only to find out she went on lunch. Can't do anything cause gates are closed. An to top it all off the lady is rude and cendecending, she needs a new job or something I swear Del Monte is going to lose business because of her.
