I showed up 34 hours early, good deal. Walk from side parking lot up and spoke to a nice gentleman. A day before my load time. And he said come on back as soon as the other truck is in dock. Park in staging area 5pm(only room for one truck at a time).
Young man knock on my door a 5am(load time was 10am)
Said I can back in and he would get me rocking.. decent hard working people just like the rest of us...1st pic staging area,2nd dock, 3rd drive coming in, parked along the old garage in the left of pic at the very beginningof the driveway. So you can see the one in front of you.

Fcfs!! I was the only truck here delivering. I had 18 pallets of sugar .The guy told me we’ll get you in soon as we get first door open, but didn’t happen. I had to sit and wait for all those refer trucks to get loaded first.

My appointment was 3pm. I arrived 1pm
I was out 10pm.
Could be faster. Thats why 4 starts.
There were a lot of trucks that got loaded and left.
I guess it depends on the order. They started loading me 9pm
But cool people. I wasn’t really rushing to leave right the way, thats why I wasn’t bothered as much.
But grave yard should be fun 🥲

This looks like an old meat factory that was build when the titianic was here. Drivers should drive all the way until u see the shipping and receiving sign. Make a left then drive all the way until u see three dock doors with 1,2,3 on top. On the side of the 3 it’s a door ring the bell or walk in. Easy in and easy out and yes over night parking. No lumber fee

Easy in, easy out. quick to load, over night parkin available. caution however if out of truck at night, watch for angry man wearing a mask, often seen carrying a chainsaw. dont believe me wait and see for yourself

Nice people, quick loading as long as your reefer is pre-cooled. Go to end of drive, make a left, 3 bays on left. Door is at bay 3.

Pull in , all the way back to the sign(arrow) , left to Standing, up up to the sign that says Stop on Standing, EXIT the truck and ring the bell for service!
