It’s become a tradition for us to drive up to Nevada City with a baguette and sample the cheese “orphans” at this delightful shop. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had about 7 people in our party alone in this little shop and the employees were amazing. I left to make room but not before buying bread, cheese and jam. It was all so yummy! The rest of the birthday party stayed and sampled some really delicious cheese. I will be going back to sample and buy more myself!

I purchased 2 baguettes and 2 scones. There was hair in the scone. I called to let her know. She appeared not to believe me and did not apologize. She should have apologized and given me a refund or a credit. This incident ruined my experience. I will not go back.

The service was excellent, and I was able to sample different imported cheeses that I was curious about. My daughter's favorite was a mango mixture, and I loved a herbed cheddar. They were from France and Italy. . I will never be able to go to the supermarket for my cheese again. I am hooked.

Dedrik's cheese was a great experience. The unique cheese shop offered a variety of hard to find cheeses, both rich and mild to satisfy any pallette. They offered "orphaned cheese" pieces that were smaller cheese chunks from left over large cuts. The cheeses were fair priced and the kind lady working the counter offered samples graciously. We purchased five different cheeses and two unique salumi. I would highly recommend this artisan cheese shop and look forward to visiting there other shop in Plasterville as soon as possible.

Dedrick’s Cheese so is one of my favorite place. There are cheese of all types made from Goat, Sheep and Cow. All are delicious and you are provided a taste test of any cheese before choosing to buy. Staff is helpful and there are crackers, jams, olives, etc., to compliment you cheese plate.
