Staff is very friendly and helpful. The don't just give you directions or tell you where a product is, they take you to it and make sure it is what you are looking for. Store is clean, well stocked. Produce is fresh. Seafood is good. Packaged goods come in smaller portions than most grocery stores. Fresh ground pork was delicious.

It's not cheap, but DeCicco is bright, clean and efficient. The staff is lovely and plentiful. Produce, fish and butchers always fresh and well stocked. The deli and bakery have a definite italian air.

The weather could NOT have been more perfect to sit on their outdoor patio at Sunset with a glass of Rose! I had the 1/2 rib slab, Wings and Brisket! All were delicious! Had that Smokey flavor all the way thru! This spot is a cool place to hang out. Only thing is, they close at 8pm 😩. BBQ restaurant upstairs is only Thursdays and Fridays! Great selection of craft beer! Tonight, we were a group of 8 but there’s plenty of space and seating! But I’m def planning on coming back soon!

I am at DiCiccos twice a week for lunch. I usually get the food bar. Today I tried the lasagna. For an Italian store it was horrible,mushy, way too much cheese and expensive. I really think someone should do a taste test before you present the food to customers.

It is a decent grocery store and was much needed in the area. BUT I am getting extremely tired of expired food. I often forget to check and see it when I get home. I have had several spoiled bags of lettuce and other items. I would not have said anything if it did not happen quite often.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business and will not be returning. I placed a $185 catering order for an event, only to find out that they gave my order to the wrong customer. Instead of immediately offering to remake the order, I was pressured to wait for the other customer to bring it back. This delay caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my plans.

When I called to follow up on the situation, I was offered a $25 gift certificate as compensation. Given the amount of my order and the inconvenience caused (making me late for the event I was hosting), this was an inadequate and frustrating response. It felt like they were more concerned with brushing off the issue than truly making things right.

Customer service should be about addressing mistakes with urgency and care, but this experience fell far short of that standard. I expected better for the amount of money spent.

Very organized and clean. Love the beer aisle, they have a great selection and the bar upstairs is so nice. Great bartender crew.
