Absolutely terrible customer service. No communication on specific time when parts are going to be ready. That is extremely important when the customer is traveling 3 hours. If unsure when the parts will be ready then go the extra step for the customer and overnight the parts Instead of making them travel 3 hours 1 way to wait another 1.5. Beyond livid with my experience and no care from them as well. If you can try to find what you need somewhere else, I would go that route, I would absolutely never recommend using them for anything.
