A) there was 1 truck in line ahead of me
B) they had a shift change (night to day)
C) didn’t know about scaling in which took me extra time to make U-turns (And had to do it for scale out too)
So considering A, B, C factors it was a very fast unloading. Overall very good experience.

When you arrive just pull on scale, call the phone number provided there
They will scale you in and give instructions

Same after they unload you
Go to scales right away and scale out
And just pick a signed BOL

Arrived 1128 for a 1200 appointment. Pulled on scale and called the number on the sign to check in. The lady that answered the phone was very nice, hence the 2nd star. Was advised there was 1 truck in the door and 1 more ahead of me. Then I was advised that there is no onsite parking to wait. Nearest truck stops are roughly 5 miles away and usually packed. On the way to the Flying Pilot I did see a few trucks park at places like Lowe's, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Good luck with that part. 3 hours after landing at Flying Pilot, I finally got the phone call to go back.

Owner operators, I'd think twice before accepting a load here.

I delivered here around 7:20pm
I was the only truck. I got checked in
Docked and unloaded. I spent about a hour 1/2 at this place and was headed down the road. Now I asked about the dirt lot across the street. Drivers are not allowed to park there anymore…. I don’t know what all they do here. But it does have a smell.
Just giving drivers a heads up….

Don’t know about other reviews but I’m the only one in the line early morning they are FCFS putt me door after checkin 1 hour and unload me within 20 minutes very fast , five star cuz they wash out your trailer

So far one of the worst places that we had to pickup a load. They just do not care about driver's time, giving you false information on loading time, If product is ready and what time it will be ready for loading, everything they say is going to be opposite.

Our driver got stuck for 10 hrs.
I would avoid this location at all cost, comparing it to the KY facility is a lot worse.

Two. Stars because it could be a lot worse. No parking allowed on property so if there’s people ahead of you, you’ll have to go find parking at a truckstop and wait a couple hours once in the door they take about an hour before they start unloading a limited space, backing up and driving around facility, it smells and there’s rotting chicken juice everywhere

Had an appointment at 2 pm for a live load, showed up at 1 pm checked in was told 5 trucks ahead of me that I needed to wait in a dirt lot. After 13 hours with no call, I could not make the appointment time for my unload and cost me the load. Absolutely will not be coming back unless I can get in a dock at the appointment time. No wonder they changed their company name

We had fcfs load time. Candy in the office was sweet, kind and a joy! We scaled in and got door immediately, was loaded and back on scale in hour. Was greater by candy again to lock load and on the road. It has several bad reviews but we can't think of anything that was close to negative.
