First time going there . Employees are nice and friendly. They work very fast so wait time is very short. Yes they are a little pricy but they do a good job. Lamb was nicely clean and cut the way I wanted . There is no charge for cuts like other places . You can ask them to cut the way you want for free. Definitely make sure your freezer has a lot of space before you go because you definitely gets a lot for your money . Will definitely go back in couple months 😀

Drive 2 hrs round trip to this place. Paid $350 for a lamb. They gave me the oldest lamb I ever eaten in 40 years. It is basically uneatable. Totally ridiculous. You guys bother the wrong guy. You show no respect I will do the same to you guys. Just wait.

I still remain surprised why the butchers steals peoples meat. I lost a spleen, lungs and most importantly testicle of a goat. My pregnant wife needed all the internal organs that’s why we decided to get a whole animal and look at what they did to us upon paying $400.00 for 1 goat. It is very sad that the butchers does that to every customer technically and imagine the number of customers that goes there in a week. So the question is; what do they do with those stolen limbs? Do they sell them later on? If so why no selling it to me right there so I will feel good knowing that I have been robbed in the day light. Still can’t understand these guys though. Had it not been the stealing it would have been ok business.

Overall, it’s good! Except waiting time. I called two days in advance to ensure if I put my name into their list in order to reduce my wait time. When I came here at 4:30am, there was a couple more cars waiting, I was the fifth person in the list. After a long wait I realized they have contractors who cross the wait line and get in first, each get more than 3+ sheep, lamb and goat. This doesn’t make sense for a person like me who has 40+ mile commute.

Had a sheep and goat processed with them prices kind of expensive but worth it. If you’re looking to buy what you want only downside is they don’t know how to do pacific cuts of meat, but they will do their best to cut it to medium, small or large.pieces
